Entrevista
Overall, recruiter was amazing at keeping me up to date with the interview process.
First, it was a recruiter call. Then, call with design hiring manager. Then it was portfolio presentation with the team. Then it was a chat with another senior designer about me and the company.

Entrevista
1. Screening call with recruiter, 30 minutes
2. Exploratory call with team lead and global UX lead, 45 minutes
3. Portfolio review with 6 people (technical stakeholders, designers), 1 hour
4. 3 calls with 2 people each from the portfolio review, 1 hour each (one with the designers, one with the technical leads, and one with higher-level managers)
After this I had one more call with the team lead to review the job responsibilities as they are building a team and wanted to work with me to define my role. I received my offer about a week after that.
The process was a little longer than usual because of scheduling during COVID, as well as figuring out some logistic details before an offer could be made. The recruiter was very communicative and professional throughout the process, and available to answer my questions.

Pregunta 1
Describe a time you made a mistake, and what you did about it.

Entrevista
The whole process was very smooth and fast, I was kept in the loop at all time and interviewers were friendly and professional.
I was contacted by a recruiter for a design position followed by a four steps process:
First, there was a phone screen interview with the recruiter, where she shared an overview of the position and the projects, followed by questions about my background, projects I worked on and digital portfolio.
Second, two on-site interviews with two senior UX designers and the technical product manager. There were more technical questions but nothing too difficult, this was my chance to get to know the position and the tasks better.
Third, A video call with the UX lead. It was a rather nice conversation, He asked me specific questions regarding my design process and scenarios where I faced a problem, how I solved it and the final outcome. Again this was my opportunity to know about their methodologies, design process and culture within the team.
Finally, the last step is a reference request of former colleagues and managers.
