Best hiring process ever. HR Interview followed up with instructions for the next interviews with the Lead and the team I would be working with. Go through their guide for best performance and be prepared. Everyone is super nice and welcoming. Felt like I was part of the team already.

Started with an initial call with the recruiter, followed by a 45 min call with the team lead and 2 other meetings with team members. A bit lengthy for the position but interesting to talking to potential new colleagues ahead of starting.

My experience of interviews at Unity was great. I had 4 rounds of interviews and they were relaxed, reasonable, and focused on getting to know the candidate's background and hearing about their experiences rather than generic HR-type questions. The whole hiring team was very accommodating, patient and helpful throughout the process
