HR approached me on LinkedIn. The first impression was great, a very nice chat, and super informative. The tech recruiter was really interested in knowing my goals and expectations.
Then we moved to the next step, a chat with a manager and another person that did not even bother to tell more than his first name. A totally different experience, they were not engaged or showing any interest at all.
I feel bad for the wonderful person who did the first contact with me, she was really working hard, but the following steps were not good.
