First I spoke with the HR Team to do an initial phone screening. Followed by an initial phone screen by the hiring manager. Next I had interviews with 2 employees in the Salesforce Team at Unity these were both video interviews using zoom. I then spoke again with the hiring manager via Zoom. During these zoom meetings there were some technical questions along with situational and problem solving and teamwork type questions. It was a great interview process because I never felt like they were asking questions to trip you up. Something different that other companies haven't done before the offer stage was reference, which I thought was great! I liked this because they were able to vet me further before an offer and see what other people I worked with said about me. Next was the offer stage, and I accepted the offer. Final thoughts is that this whole time the HR team was great with getting back to me on any questions, setting up the interviews and just in general working with me as a candidate. I have such good feeling about this company before I have even worked a day here.
