I applied through a recruiter, the process took 6+ weeks. All the process was on-line due to covid. - Email: I received an email from the recruiter with an opportunity that matched my skills; - Call with recruiter (20 min); - Interview with direct manager (60 min); - Technical Interview with direct manager (60 min); - Sync with recruiter (20 min): Preparation and agenda for the next interviews; - Interview with the team (4 hrs): 4 different interviews during one day with: designers, programmers (technical interview), the senior manager of the team and finally a relaxed chat with all team members at the end of the day; - Sync with recruiter (20 min); - Reference check; - Interview with direct manager (60 min); - Sync with recruiter and then received an offer; The process was long and not easy, but everyone was professional and friendly creating a non-intimidating environment that allowed them to evaluate me and I also get to know what it looks like to work at the company. The recruiter did an outstanding job and kept me updated in all steps, even sending me the agenda ahead of time. Mostly questions were related to specific tools/projects that I developed, very few out of the context questions.
