Got reached out by one of their internal recruiters, and arranged a short talk of 30 minutes to have an overview of the position, to see if both parts could be interested.
After that, they arranged a first interview with the manager for such position, just a deeper talk about the position, and some questions that you don't need to prepare, just be yourself.
After this, I had a day with whooping 4 interviews with different people, 2 of those interviews were technical, but with no tests, just a general talk about my background and how they do things, to see if we think alike.
After that, I had an offer and signed the contract.
The time since I first got approached by the recruiter until I signed the contract took exactly 2 months, but the communication was always very good and the recruiter always kept me in the loop.

Initial talk with recruiter who guides you through their process. Transparent description of the process:
3 interviews and offline technical interview.
Initial interview covering 2 software technical problems and some behavioral questions.
3 hour non-interactive technical challenge run through Codility consisting of 2 relatively easy code challenges.
2 interviews, each with 2 interviewers that are at the same level or above covering some unity specific technologies, general programming questions, and behavioral question.

Rushed, and a bit inexperienced. It seemed the interviewer has not used Unity very long. Questions were asked about inclusion, but they didn't really seem to care about the response. Seemed like they are going through some layoffs, as the hiring person seemed stressed.

Four Interviews. one screening, one focused on management, one focused on technical experience, and one behavioral. Contextual questions based off my experience and background in relation to the role. Interviewers were very friendly, welcoming, prompt to respond, and very knowledgeable.
