The interview process was straightforward, positive, and quick. The first interview / screening was with an internal recruiter, and was mainly conversational, to gauge culture fit and background. I then did another behavioral / technical interview where the interviewers did a fantastic job at creating a relaxed, and friendly environment.
The talented recruiter responsible for my interview process was thorough and attentive. I was kept in the loop at every stage of the interview, always being provided updates and feedback.
In terms of the actual interviews, my advice would be to be candid and enthusiastic, and be prepared to speak honestly about your career, and ambitions.
