I had 2 telephone interviews with US and 1 on-site interview in the UK with a manager and a peer. Since I was successful with the first 2 interviews I had a chance to have the on-site interviews. Although I did well at on-site interviews I couldn't get a feedback from recruitment team which is really not professional. I tried contacting the recruitment team but they kept quiet. I am happy that I didn't receive an offer from such a company which showed its real face during the recruitment process luckily.
