Got called on the phone, scheduled an interview - and within the interview was told that the job posting is nothing in what the actual job would be like - requiring different experience, and different setting overall. In the interview I was pretty confused as I'm not sure how you're supposed to prepare for something different than applied.

The first step 30 minute introduction by phone. At least for me, this was not scheduled but rather a call I received a few days after submitting the application. After the call, I was invited to an in person interview with the Site manager for the fluids division
I went in person to give my resume. The interview was simple and short. It was one interview. Nothing too crazy. There was a phone interview but I skipped that and went straight in person.

Entrevista
Panel type interview with 3 people. Too many questions and it lasted an hour with each person taking turns. Just a little bit of conversation style talk. Once it was over, all that was said was that's all we have right now. No thank yous, no mention of next steps, no anything.
