This was a multistep interview. --WARNING: OUTBOUND CALLING-- I applied online with a resume. A recruiter called me telling me that she liked what she saw. Pay is $19.23/hour. Was super nice, told me if I'm interested to join an info session on whatever day. I joined the info session; there were a fair few people there as well all for the same position and info. The presenter was really open and honest and had a really great personality (THAT'S BIG FOR THE COMPANY SINCE YOU'RE SELLING A SCHOOL--think private school that want your money, those easy apply, start right away schools you mostly hang up on as SPAM) Info was sound; however, I don't think they were super selective at this point, if you can breathe you could apply to the interview process. Not to knock them but they want a salesman for this position. Presenter said all the info straight up so you walked into the face to face already knowledgeable so you don't need to ask them anything really. After info session, you email the shift you want (option 1 M-F and alternating Saturdays from 9-6p or option 2 Su-Thurs 12-9p) and your name and number. Someone calls you to set up the face-to-face interview since it is WFH (if you live 50 miles outside of Tampa). New interviewer asked all the same general questions: Why do you want to work for us? What did you do in a situation where a customer was angry with you? What are your strengths? What are you weaknesses? What do you want to know about me (interviewer)? There may have been 2 more at least. This was my first interview of a bunch so I hadn't prepared (wah wah), so please look up the questions on google and prep yourself because I couldn't think on the spot for a weakness and I stupidly said "I have many, but I can't tell you one specifically atm" (work related obviously). Don't be like me. Go make that money homie.
