I showed up 15 mins early for the interview at one of the shreveport locations. As I waited I observed the staff and there wasn't any energy or sense of urgency when dealing with customers. The Area manager that was going to interview me showed up 45 minutes late. Once the interview started he didn't have my resume which they told me they had over the phone. He only asked me 2 questions: Tell me about you. Can you sell me your phone. Afterwards he said he would set me up with his DM for a interview and then he asked would I be willing to work as a regular employee for a few months until they can put me in a store manager spot. I declined to do that and I never got a call for the second interview.

Very unprofessional. Typical bait and switch. I applied for a management position and after contacting me and coming in for an interview, they tell me that there are no management positions available even though that's what I applied for and was asked to interview for. I interviewed with some sort of secretary. She was very rude. Pay was very unreasonable for management when I asked about it. Under $25k/year.

Entrevista
I met up with the current District Manager who I had known from before because I was a customer of his. We sat down and he asked me several questions and told me about the company and the direction it was heading. I still to this day see that direction and we are getting there at a good pace.
