The process was a 3 steps intetview. One first call with HR, then a physical interview with management and then a Skype interview with a zone manager.
There was a feedback of one previous employee needed.

The interviewers were not trying to be tricky and were nice.

Entrevista
Three interview rounds, one with HR and two with managers. The interviews were pleasant, and the people are helpful and want you to succeed. Some comments in the interview felt out of place such as: "We will be investing a lot of time in you" and "This is a 9-5, are you sure you are looking for a 40-hour job?". I received feedback that the first two interviews were positive. In the end, I was informed two weeks after the third/last interview that they did not proceed with my application, because they had moved on with other candidates. HR ignored my email and did not provide a reason after inquiry as to why.
