First step is a short interview with an HR representative. Then I got a practical task and 1 a few days to submit it. After that I was asked to attend an interview with the Team Lead and another Designer. The interview questions were related mostly to experience and hypothetical problems you might encounter within a project. Finally I had to carry out an usability testing session with a random internal employee using the prototype I created before the interview. I got a positive reply after two days.
