Very casual and easy. The hiring manager called me up to talk about what I wanted to do before graduation and after the phone conversation he said he wanted to talk to me in person.
In person interview was very easy. No standard technical questions. Just asked what I had done in previous projects and at school. I just was asked standard HR questions. The most technical question I was asked was what was my favorite programming language and why. I didn't go into a lot of detail before they were satisfied.

Ich hatte insgesamt zwei Interviews: ein Screening und eine technische Runde. Meiner Meinung nach sind beide Runden positiv verlaufen. Nach dem Interview habe ich jedoch keine Rückmeldung erhalten und musste das Feedback ausdrücklich anfordern. Im Feedback stand, dass mir „marginale Consulting-Soft-Skills“ fehlten, ohne eine detaillierte Beschreibung, welche genau gemeint waren. Ich vermute, dass dies nur eine Ausrede für einen anderen (wirklichen) Grund für die Absage war, den ich natürlich nicht kennen kann.

The recruitment process is very fast, initially i attended to online test , one is apittude and communication and other test is technical, after that i have given technical interview most of the questions asked from python.
