A recruiter reached out and asked my availability for a quick screening call. I provided my time frames and they scheduled the opposite. A middle of the night call, which I joined but they no showed. I followed up and then they scheduled one on thanksgiving. Just send a freaking calendar link or use US domestic recruiters if they can’t figure out time frames or calendar links.
