The interviewer was extremely unfriendly, borderline rude. A complete 180 from the touchy-feeley impression you would get from reading their website. I suspect there were other issues/prejudices in play that had nothing to do with my skills or expertise. I'm a pretty good interviewee, but this was one of the least enjoyable interviews of my career. Even if I were to move through the interview process and get an offer (which obviously didn't happen), I had serious doubts if I'd want to work for this person. MAJOR bad vibes. Be forewarned.
