Applied for the job after a couple of weeks took online test. Once you pass (for me it was around a month 1/2 ) they invite you to interview. It's a couple of hours long, due to them giving you company information and what the jobs entail. Then they call you in one by one and individually interview you. After you have finished it's all about waiting for the call back if your hired. It took about a week for me to get my call back. I then started the background process and physical. Now just waiting for my training to start in December. All in all it will have taken 3 months for the whole process from applying to training. That's my own personal experiences. Can't speak for others.

They are looking for people who are safety conscience. If you do interview, stress the importance of safety and give examples of how you applied it in previous jobs. I'm prior military so I had no problem providing a direct incidence where safety was very important and how was responsible for the safety of others.

Recorded interview. 10-12 questions. All pretty comprehensive but over all prepared me for complicated questions in the future. I think they have employees that get furloughed so ultimately didn’t go through with the process.

It is a Unique process unlike any other I’ve experienced. Lots of background and tests. You’re answering prompts without a face to look at. I’ve never experienced anything like it. I hope this is now thirty words thirty words were minimum.

Interview process was very professional and comfortable with most of the process completed online. The interview was recorded with prefilled in questions. I was able to do the interview at my leisure which made me feel very comfortable completing.
