Had an interview on campus. It was entirely behavioral. They asked me to tell them a little about myself. Very basic interview stuff. All in all a very enjoyable interview, interviewers were friendly and fun to talk to.
Although I did not get an offer I am interviewing with them again this year.
It was a behavioral interview and they were pretty easy to get along with. They also asked about any relevant experience and any involvement with school clubs or technical organizations.

What is a time you had to overcome a conflict in a team?
Applied through school resources. Had an interview on campus, very simple basic interview. A series of STAR questions, have to take management tests and then if I pass will move onto a second interview.
