Assessment Centre at Port Sunlight in Liverpool. 3 separate interviews with different partners, with a group case study in the middle. Motivations interview, personal case study and reflective interview at the end of the day

1 hour long telephone interview, mainly consisting of competency based questions based around unilevers standards of leadership. A few questions on why unilever, why r&d, what skills do you have that you could bring to the role etc. Woman on the other end of the phone was very nice but kept pressing for more details after I gave an answer and always asked "what would you do differently if you were in that situation again?". Interview was on a Thursday and I found out the following Monday so very fast response, although the telephone interview was 3 months after I submitted my application.
