Online application--> online assessment--> digital interview (video recording). During the digital interview, candidate first watch introduction videos for questions, then candidate get 3 minutes to prepare answers for the questions. After 3 minutes preparation time, candidate get 3 minutes to answer the questions, video recording starts and ends automatically.
