Entrevista
The first round is the pre-screening (resume screening). If you passed, they will ask you to do the online assessment, following by the hirevue video interview. It takes me around 2 weeks before getting the video interview invitation email. Since there are large number of applicants, it could take a bit time for moving to the next process. After the interview, there will be a HR screening and if you pass, they will ask you to the assesssment center.

Pregunta 1
The hirevuue video interview questions consists of both behavioral questions and case studies. The first question is related to the organization value. The later two questions are related to problem solving skills at work. They will provide you with situations and ask you to answer on how to deal with those situations. The last question is the case study. They will provide a finance-related case study for you to read and ask you to answer several questions.

I completed an online assessment which had questions to understand my alignment with the company culture, values and personality. It continued with some numerical and verbal questions. Overall the test difficulty was average and there are a lot of videos on youtube if you want to take a look at the questions, I believe they ask the same ones.
The interview process is very long as there are multiple rounds to choose a few applicants out of >1000 applicants each year: CV => Screening Test => Digital Interview (Assessment center + 1-1 interview) => Assessment Center => Final Interview
The process was very long and it's understandable for an MNC with thousands of applications
CV => Screening test => Digital interview (Digital assessment center followed by interview) => Offline assessment center => Final interview
