too much technical, focused on leadership skills, process knowledge, core functional areas, substantiated with scenarios and examples, how is the earlier role relevant to current profile... etc etc. it focused on many attributes, while also considering the fact that whether the candidate can be groomed/suitable for different profile later for job rotation

Several rounds including meeting the hiring manager, IQ/personality tests, business case study, senior leaders. Usual behavioural and situational questions at each round. Took quite some time but generally pleasant though I didn't get a final offer
CV shortlisting, HR round, Operations round. Total 2 rounds. It's not that difficult. They will ask you about your CV. They will go through your CV and ask you everything related to your CV.
