The interview process was very professional. First i had to apply online- the application included filling in basic information, a motivation letter and answering 3 question about situations when you had an idea and made it happen, when you needed to solve a problem and when you seized an opportunity. the next stage involved 2 short exams with business problems and logic.
after passing this, there was a phone interview for 45 min asking mainly for situation example- creativity, leadership skills, decision making and more.

First it was a game based assessment where we had to play two types of games. After that they mailed about attending the Hirevue digital interview. The interview was taken by AI
2 online games assessment. the first one is about your personality. the second one consists of two games, which you have to finish in 3 minutes each. then you'll receive email to the next AI video interview if you pass the game.

There were like five video questions and you should answer them in three minutes. (each) And the questions were like: 'What would you do if...?' In other words, they are asking too hard for a position that is entered inexperienced.
