- 2 online tests
- a 10 min phone interview (mainly about what you know about unilever and why you want to join the function you've applied)
- assessment centre which consisted of 3 parts -- Individual interview (mainly on behavioural questions, about 30 minutes), a case study (individual. 15 mins for preparation, 15 mins to present it to an interviewer), another case study (group, given some time to read on your own, and assessors will then watch your discussion in the group).

How have you made someone, who in your opinion has not been contributing to the team, to contribute?
Who are the competitors of unilever? and what are the competing goods?
Difficult in terms of what to expect but went well in terms of how it went around the topics regarding certain brands and relevant topics around such topics. This meant undergoing different strategies to prepare.
HR screening and questions via email, given assignement to test analytical skills using excel, and interview with consultancy - like business case study and behavioral questions to apply the STAR method

Entrevista
They give you questions to answer, and you are given around 3.5 minutes to figure out a response. Afterwards, they give you a case study of sorts where you explain how you would go about conveying this information to someone else.
