it was 2 calls and that was very clear as in my CV and also in the first call I did not speak dutch language. They passed me to the second interview though and in they end the interviewer mentioned this. He was quite rude and aid how I did not speak the language. i think they need more preparation.

Phone screening, live interview with the HR manager and manager of supply chain department. Interview lasted about an hour and about 10 questions of moderate difficulty were asked by both interviewers.

Professional and in a very discreet manner.
The panel was thorough with their questions regarding Supply chain planning and made sure that they got a complete feel of my technical know how and relevance to the said job. All in all i would say that the panel of interviewers were very detailed oriented and wanted me to explain the MPS. S& OP cycle in detail. Furthermore they asked about my career aspirations and plans.
