No clarity given on the JD. Was asked to come to their office for interview. Was made to wait for 2.5 hours before the interviewer came. Then only I was told that I would not be a good fit, because they were looking for someone with totally different skill set. looks like no one in the organisation even bothers to read the resume. And they don't believe in technology - could have scheduled the first round over Skype. Extremely bad experience.
