The interview have three stages, first with the tech department, then with the HR and the project manager and the they give you an offer. The are polite enough and at least at the first stage you will not face any difficulty. The interview was very typical, with all the classic question and a brief review of your CV.

I was approached by the HR through my LinkedIn profile. They send me a questionnaire to fill out regarding my technical background and problem solving skills. Then I was interviewed once at the company's premises from two managers. Process lasted two hours and they focused on my experience and skills.
