I was called in for a written round of testing which basically gauged my understanding of drawings, my usage of the active voice and in general, my communication skills. It took about an hour to complete the test after which I was informed that I would receive feedback and a call regarding the second round within two days. A month later, I was called in for the second round, which was a 1:1 with my manager to be in the organization. It was very basic. Again, an assessment of my communication skills and more importantly, a check of my long term future plans.
