Phone Screen First was an In-Person with Managers you would work for. Next was In-Person with IT Director which delayed things a bit, he was out of the office the week I would have gone The middle management IT mangers (team leaders) are all very friendly, and knowledgeable. IT was a very easy, relaxed interview process.

Probably the best interview experience I've ever had. They asked challenging questions, conversed with me and the whole team was very receptive. Since I was a great fit for the position they offered, it was pleasant. I met the manager, team members, and the director and enjoyed the whole interview process.
