Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. El proceso duró 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Under Armour (Chesterfield, MO) en jun 2014
Entrevista
The interview was pretty laid back, basically just like you would expect an interview for a retail sales position to be. It was a one-on-one meeting in the stock room of the store. All I had to do was submit my resume to Under Armour's website, and list who referred me to the position, and I received a call within a couple of days.

Pregunta 1
Tell me about a time when you received bad service? Why was it bad?
The interview process was professional, welcoming, and well organised. It usually began with an initial phone screening to discuss my availability, previous retail experience, and interest in the role. This was followed by an in-person interview with the Store Manager, where we spoke about customer service, teamwork, sales targets, and handling different retail situations.
The interview focused on communication skills, problem solving, and providing excellent customer experiences. I was also asked behavioural questions about working in a fast-paced environment and achieving sales goals. Overall, the process was friendly, straightforward, and gave me a clear understanding of the company culture and expectations of the role.
