You will likely have 1 interview with HR, 1 with a mid level exec, another with high level, and then decision will be made. They were very straightforward and somewhat responsive to emails and inquiries but the interview was hard. You want to go in very prepared and talk about a personal relationship you have with the brand since their culture is SO strong.
