Started with submitting my resume online, then followed by the video interview via HireVue which is super stressful and nerve racking, but effective, then I made it to the final round so they invited me in for the in-person interview which was much more traditional.

I got an interview opportunity for Underarmour and set the interview time with the HR manager, but the Underarmour system sent a decline letter, confusing my interview process. Other than that, the Interview proceeded smoothly and the results came out quite quickly.

Entrevista
Interview process took almost 6 weeks and I spoke with 6 people in that time. A lot of time was invested and follow-up emails sent. It's now been about 2 weeks after my final interview and I've heard nothing from the company in terms of a decision. I'm moving forward assuming that I didn't get the role.

The recruiter was responsive although weeks lag in between interviews - although summer vacation could have played into this. Interviewed with various individuals and different levels. Hard to understand who/ what the reporting structure was.
