Takehome Assignment w/ 48hr turnaround - fairly doable excel organization task 2. 30min intro call - general questions nothing crazy 3. 2hr in-person final interview - software demo of your choosing + presentation of previous work + grilled on responses to clients and background Felt like interview difficulty increased exponentially, not too much directive when it came to the final interview which would've been helpful, but creativity in responses is especially favored.
