Did the in-person interview on Friday, which had two parts: A 1:1 interview with the director of the department and an hour long skills test dealing with Excel and front office management. The Excel skills test required fundamental Excel functions, such as VLOOKUP and COUNT as well as creating tables and filters.
Was offered the job the Monday after the weekend. I accepted the job, but later left after being displeased with the organization's culture.
