They reached out to me to schedule a call, but wanted me to do an assignment first (not an assessment, a full assignment). This was a hard pass, and as a white male, I'm 99% sure I would have had no chance to get the position anyway since their entire mission is DEI. Out of the 175 people on LinkedIn, I saw 2 white guys.
