It was very sugar coated, promising heaven on earth yet when you reach the actual working, the roles and duties are so intense and pressure to meet targets (which were never communicated at interview level) is the beginning of stress and takes a toll on mental health.

The interview was super quick, didn't even take 30 minutes . They advertised the job as customer service, but it's really more like sales—they want you pushing products all day, not just helping customers.
