I gave very good interview on UltraTech Cement recently. They asked only basic technical questions. Next day i got call from that Hr person for sending my salary slip and ctc structure. After sending all things ,hr did not response from that day. Its very negative experience specially after final selection. Atleast they should inform or respond back. Very very negative experience from section head hr. Hopefully ultratech management will take care on this. Someone should relaise how much impact of job seeker after getting final selection and after that hr was not responding back.
