The interview process was pretty straight forward. I was asked to write pseudo code on a piece of paper and they're not looking for your to write something that would execute but more to test your knowledge of how much valid code you can write without having an IDE to correct your mistakes. The more code that you write the better. I tried to make the code look more readable with indentations and that's what I feel gave me a few points as am pretty sure my code was wrong. The position I interviewed for was entry level programmer with a written exam and job offer on site.
