I applied on-line after seeing an notification in LinkedIn. I did an initial phone screen with HR, followed by two video interviews. The first video interview was with the hiring manager and a senior software developer. The second interview was with the hiring manager again and the engineering lead for the project I was being considered for. Overall the first interview focused on my technical background and skills, the second interview was more of a discussion about the project I will be leading.
