The interview process was very straightforward and engaging. In the interview with the Functional Manager and the site’s Team Lead, I was quizzed about my current systems engineering role, my knowledge of various aspects of systems engineering and my previous job history.

2 stage interview with a little IQ test at the start of the 1st interview. First interview very basic and competency based with second more technical based. Knowledge of their current products came in handy.
