Open House where the position and company were described. Then a quick group interview with the applicants evenly split into groups, mine had 6 people. Then if you are selected for the next round a one on one with your manager or DOA. Then a selection is made and an offer on the spot.

Entrevista
Group interview comprised of almost 40 people. They take you to a room to go over about the company, then you are split into 2 smaller groups where you are then interviewed by the trainers for the class. Following that those who pass this point are taken to side of the building that houses the call center where you are then individually by a Director of Admissions - who likely to be your supervisor once you come out of training.

Entrevista
They send you an email telling you to go to the Tampa Language Center, however the Tampa Language Center recently moved into it's own location. Once you finally find interview location they have you sit and wait to be called in, which ends up being a group interview where they tell you about the job, than depending on how large of a team there is they split you into 2 groups and take you to another room. Once in another room they look at your resume tell you to stand up and tell a bit about yourself. Then they ask you questions. Once they go through everyone's resume they take you back to the atrium and tell you who has a face to face interview, if you are selected you go to the call center, where you sit and wait for a Director Of Admissions (DOA) to come get you.
