Easy process, able to get a call back the week I got an interview. Easy questions, the manager ran down questions from a paper and asked me basic questions like in a typical interview would. This was my first job so I was able to get in with no experience.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
