There are two interviews. First, one on one. The second, technical interview on a different day. The rate you on consultaion, Color, cutting, and styling. They takes 24-48 hrs for them to get back to you. Both managers were very friendly and kind. They provide all the tools for you as well.

The regional manager was ghosting me when I made several attempts inquiring about the position as hairstylist. I interviewed in February of 2020 and was accepted the position. Sadly Covid came. I applied/inquired two times after Covid and the manager never called me back. When I finally got her on the phone she was very abrupt, dismissive, and said she is not hiring. That was not true, they are hiring.
