You must apply online. After speaking with the General Manager for a few moments, I was invited for a 1 on 1 interview. At the conclusion of the interview (about 45min), I was told that the District Manager would be calling me during the next week. We worked out a time for the phone call and I waited. The phone interview was about 30 min and had great additional information the new General Manager was unable to answer. I was offered the position two days later.

Pretty straight forward , typical questions, not very difficult. Only one interview, not multiple interviews. Job was offered within a couple days. Interview experience will definitely depend on who is doing the interviewing and how experienced they are.
