Several interviews took place. I received a call from a recruiter and had a brief phone interview. Then, the hiring GM called and we scheduled our in person interview. Lastly, I interviewed with the DM. Both face to face interviews did last about an hour and a half. I heard back 3-4 days later so the wait was not too bad ( I have waited much much longer on other companies). Overall, it was a pleasant process. Some basic questions were asked of course, but it really was not scripted or cookie-cutter, which I thought showed good management.

Entrevista
First interview is with the general manager, it is about the description of the job. The second interview is with a peer, those questions are more based off of business and your work history. Third interview is with the district manager. Which is a mix of both
It was easy and the manager was very friendly. They don't ask you many questions specifically about cosmetics, it is purely about the merchandising experience that you have. They also ask questions regarding workplace drama and how you have dealt with it in the past. I recommend asking about the schedule because I was told it is practically on-call.
