I applied online, and got a call a week or two later and scheduled an interview for the next week. I went to the salon, and I waited for a couple of minutes, and then the salon manager and her assistant manager interviewed me in the waiting area of the salon area. They were really nice & cool. They made me feel comfortable and we got along well. They asked me a lot of questions. The interview took about an hour. I extensively prepared for my interview, if I hadn't, it would have been a difficult interview. The interview went very well, and two or three days later the manager of the salon called me and offered me the position.
