Very quick, process interviewed and was offered the job that week. They were in a hurry to feel the position. The General Manager that I interviewed with was very nice, and to the point she was very honest about the expectations and current state of the store. However she was not the GM of the store that I was going to be working at.

I applied online then received a phone call about a week later asking me brief questions and scheduled an interview with the store manager. She asked me what seemed to be 20 pages of 'what if' and 'name a time where' questions. The interview took literally 2 hours at a Starbucks. It was casual and she was super nice. She told me she would call me if she wanted me to meet with the district manager. I got a phone call that night and had an interview the next morning. Walked in and waited 30 min for the district manager to come out. She was nice, this interview consisted of literally the same questions but not as many. The interview lasted about 15 minutes. She then stated that it would take a week to make decision because they had other interviews and I would hear by the following Friday if I got the job, and if I didn't hear from them that would mean they went in another direction.
