First step is the assessment (allocate about 1 .5hours+ of your time), the tests are relatively simple. The point is accuracy, not speed. After assessments, you wait for a ULine team member (usually HR or a floor manager) to speak with you, and you chat about the usual jobs questions. If they like you, they will ask HR to speak with you to setup a 2nd interview. Got through to the 2nd interview, but before that, another 1.5-2 hours worth of online assessments, to see what your character is like. In person, the HR manager will talk to you and gauge who you are as a potential employee to the company, who you are as a person. The environment is already set in their ways, so they are looking for people to fit into their way of doing things.

I was allowed a virtual interview accommodation due to being in the process of relocating and trying to secure employment before moving forward. Interview went well and I was told I would hear back from my recruiter by the end of the week but once the end of the week came I received an automated email stating the company was moving forward.
