Asked to take an exploratory assessment and then was asked for a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was invited for an in-person interview that consisted of taking different assessments before I interviewed with a recruiter. The recruiter seemed uninterested in being there, talked so casually and cussed, and seemed to have better things to do after I drove through a winter storm for the interview. Afterwards, I received no follow-up about interview and when I asked for an update, I was told they would get back but never did. Months later I got a rejection email. It is clear that you need to be referred and it is clear that they lack appreciation for diversity and top talent. They post HR positions every week, yet they go unfilled, which should say something.
