Phone interview process was pleasant. Feedback period was quick, even if the HR person didn't have a decision, she responded to update requests. Most companies make you wait for a decision.
The first onsite interview was terrible! Company herded us into a room to complete timed Wonderlick assessments. This was in addition to online assessments completed online earlier in the process. These assessments have nothing to do with the job I applied to! I could see having computer programmers do a bit of programming, but these have no bearing on my skill set!
Uline- if you even check your Glassdoor reviews here is some feedback: interview people for their skills. Assessments are garbage if they aren't job-related. I'm not even sure they are legal. I've interviewed/worked at Fortune 500 companies and they don't use them.

Entrevista
The interviewer was disorganized, unprepared and didn't ask questions appropriate to the position and Left me with a very negative impression of Uline as a company. I met with the admin beforehand who administered several personality and skill based assessments. She kept yawning in front of me as if she didn't get enough sleep and never once apologized. She also reflected poorly on Uline. I was surprised that the staffing process was so poor - I expected different but it was obvious that there was not an investment in a high performing team.
